Call for Proposals for “Mynavi Tour de Kyushu 2023 Competition Video Production and Transmission for Internet Distribution” is now open.

We are accepting proposals for the production and transmission of live video footage of the Mynavi Tour de Kyushu 2023 to be held in October 2023, as well as the editing of a condensed version of the footage.

 

1 Job Description

Mynavi Tour de Kyushu 2023: Production and Transmission of Race Video for Internet Distribution

 

2 Purpose

The purpose of this project is to support the preparation and operation of the Mynavi Tour de Kyushu 2023, an international cycle road race officially recognized by the International Cycling Union, by filming and distributing race footage, editing video summaries, coordinating with related parties, etc., with the aim of promoting the attractiveness of Kyushu and Yamaguchi and expanding the use of cycle sports. The project will support the preparation for the race and the operation of the event.

4 Implementation period

From the date of conclusion of the contract until November 30, 2023

 

5 Upper Limit of Contract

32,000,000 yen (including consumption tax and local consumption tax)

 

6 Schedule

March 15, 2023 (Wed) – Start of public offering

March 20, 2023 (Mon) – Deadline for receipt of written notice of intent to participate and questions (all by 12:00 p.m.)

March 23, 2023 (Wed) – Responses to questions

March 28, 2023 (Tue) – Deadline for submission of proposals (by 12:00 p.m.)

Document review – to be determined

End of March or later – Send notification of screening results

Mid-April or later – Conclusion of contract
