JCL TEAM UKYO was founded by the JCL Chairman, Mr. Ukyo Katayama in 2023. Its goal is to be the first-ever Japanese national team to participate in the Tour de France and stand on the podium, which has been the vision of the Japan Cycle League (JCL) since its inception.
